Hi! I'm Sarah. 
I am a certified personal trainer, holistic nutritionist and lifestyle enthusiast on a mission to get my clients moving with ease, living a pain-free and healthy lifestyle. For years I struggled with anxiety and painful sciatica and it was not until I adapted changes to my fitness, nutrition and mindset that I felt relief. I firmly believe you don't have to sacrifice everything you love, can learn to find a balance between work-outs and nutrition and develop a system that doesn't require endless amounts of cardio and cutting your calories. Welcome to Sarah Chew Fitness, where establishing healthy habits, feeling good in your own skin and positive self-talk is only the beginning.

Individualized programming with one-on-one coaching in the comfort of your home, local park or at my in home studio. This option is open to those residing in the Niagara region. 

Cross Fit Class

GROUP TRAINING

Receive the benefits of working with a coach while training in a small group setting with similar goals.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

This service will provide you with a personal guide for meal prep and nutrition planning based on goals, current lifestyle habits and health status.

Train in the comfort of your home while still receiving the benefits of working with a coach - includes customized workout program, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

People say that change is hard. It is, but it is much more achievable when you have Sarah as your coach. She changed my workouts from mostly cardio to effective weight training and helped me change up my diet to a realistic healthy goal that can be maintained in the long term.
